NDT Level 2 Technician

G. COTTER ENTERPRISES, INC. has an immediate full-time job opportunity in Springfield, New Jersey. Must live locally or relocate at your own cost.  The ideal candidate will be a seasoned NDT Level II (able to be certified to NAS-410) technician with MT, PT and/or RT (X-ray) experience. Experience in the inspection of manufactured aerospace components or military NDT training is a plus.  Become part of a growing company in the tri-state area.  In house work only, no travel required.

Welder Needed

Job shop in Springfield, NJ with 14 employees, long history and an excellent reputation for high quality work and rapid turn around. General services we provide are welding, non-destructive testing and machining, We are unique in the full range of services we provide, from over-the-counter work to qualified welding for aerospace components. Our customers expect the best, and we're looking for the right person to help us continue providing it.

This is not an entry-level position, but if you're a welder with great attention to detail, eager for responsibility and willing to learn our quality systems, we'd like to talk to you.

Most of our welding is done to MIL-STD-2219, NavSea and AWS specifications. NDT is performed to military, aerospace, Boeing, and other customer specs. Our machining dept., which utilizes Master Cam & CadKey (Key Creator) software, is driven by MIL-STD- 45208A.

While our existing quality system has been acceptable to our customers for some time now, we have been required by our customers to update our quality systems to NADCAP, ISO 9000, and FAA Repair Station. Lack of knowledge about these systems will not be a drawback to employment; however a position with G. Cotter Inc. will require you to interact with this type of system. You will receive training.
